Our Registered Manager attended a seminar that Tim Dallinger delivered in 2015. Afterwards the manager said that we have to get Tim to look at our service. I contacted Tim and arranged an audit. This identified many areas that we needed to address. Tim supported us to address these and the CQC rated us as “good”. Following a change of registered manager, we have engaged Tim to carry out further mock inspections and Tim also provides us with ongoing support.

Tim arrives early (once at 6am!), observes practice, educates when needed and provides us with a detailed audit report.
